Advocate at the Warsaw Bar. In independent practice since 2019, at the bar since 2006.
Civil and commercial law: international succession and inheritance, real estate, cross-border family matters, and corporate advisory for small and medium businesses, including M&A, due diligence, and GDPR. A second strand of the practice is legal counsel for biogas and renewable-energy projects. Adjacent areas, such as domain disputes, medical liability, and criminal proceedings, I take on when they serve the matter.
Before founding my own practice I spent fourteen years at Kancelaria Adwokacka adw. Waldemar Kosiński i Wspólnicy, and four and a half years as a partner at Olczak-Klimek van der Kroft Węgiełek. Counsel in Polish, French, and English.
